Payments can be made by:

1. Mailing your payment to:

2. Taking your payment to:
    Severn Trent Offices
    9550 Helms Trl
    Forney, TX 75126

The office accepts payments from 8am - 5pm and has a door slot for after-hours payments. Payments are posted the following morning.

3. Dropping your payment in the drop box at:
    Information Center
    1000 Concord
    Windmill Farms

The drop box is normally checked on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If a cutoff date falls on a Tuesday or Thursday, it will be checked then as well.
