Trash and recycling services are available to the residents of Windmill Farms through a contract executed by the Fresh Water Supply Districts and our service provider, IESI. The 5 year contract began on January 2, 2009.
Residents are provided with one 96-gallon roll-out container and one 18-gallon recycling bin. You may contact Severn Trent at 469-762-3099 to request up to 2 additional recycling bins at no additional charge.
In addition to collecting solid waste placed within your trash container, IESI will collect one bundle of up to two cubic yards of brush, newspapers, tree trimmings, etc. or one small bulky item from your home each week.
Trash Pickup Days are as follows:
* Windmill Ridge (Phase 1) - Monday
* Honeysuckle Meadow (Phase 3A) - Tuesday
* Heather Hollow (Phase 3C) - Tuesday
* Amber Fields (Phase 2) - Wednesday

Recycling has changed over the past
years, simplifying the process so that everyone can take part.
Recyclable materials do not need to be sorted, just placed in your
recycle bin. All of the recycling efforts are adding up to thousands and
thousands of new products made of recycled materials. Recycling
conserves natural resources, saves landfill space and saves energy.
Recycling improves our environment, our quality of life and our
planet's future.
Recycling is picked up for all neighborhoods on Wednesdays.
